Warranty, Breakage & Return Policy

Breakage (Damaged Product) Policy:

Products purchased on zanyecaac.com due to manufacturing defects may be replaced within thirty (30) days of receipt. Customers are eligible for free shipping and handling during the manufacturer's thirty (30) day warranty period. Please inspect the product upon receipt.

Products purchased on zanyecaac.com after thirty (30) days may be eligible for an exchange or replacement part under our 1,000-day breakage policy, but all associated shipping and handling charges are your responsibility. To be eligible for an exchange, you must register your product on the product registration page within thirty (30) days of receipt. See the product registration page for a complete list of eligible products. In addition to registering your product, you will need to provide proof of purchase, proof of defect, and/or proof of return of the defective product to determine if you are eligible for an exchange.

Exchanges or other issues (such as broken or damaged products) purchased from a third party (including but not limited to other websites, distributors, or other Amazon sellers) must be handled directly with that third party. Please be sure to understand all third-party policies before purchasing.

This damage warranty policy does not apply and is void if any product damage is determined to be caused by accident, modification, improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. This warranty applies only to normal use of the product. Typical wear and tear associated with product use is not covered.

Product Inspection. You are responsible for thoroughly inspecting all Zanyecaac products before each use to ensure they are in good condition. Using damaged items could result in injury.

Extension Rings: The manufacturer provides a 1,000-day warranty on the extended rings from the date of purchase. Under this warranty, you are entitled to a replacement extension ring, shipping at your expense within the contiguous United States. Customers must provide pictures of the damage, and we may require the return of the damaged part. This part warranty is void if the damage is caused by accident, modification, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or use of the product for purposes other than the manufacturer's intended purpose. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability arising from accident, modification, misuse or abuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. This warranty applies only to normal use of the product. Typical wear and tear associated with product use is not covered.

BLASTER POD: This warranty is valid for sixty (60) days from the date of receipt. This warranty entitles you to a replacement product with free shipping and handling during the sixty (60) day manufacturer's warranty period. The customer must provide proof of product defect, and we may require a return of the damaged item. This parts warranty is void if the damage is caused by accident, alteration, improper use, willful misuse or abuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or if the product is used for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability arising from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. This warranty applies only to normal use of the product. Typical wear and tear from product use is not covered under this warranty.

YOGA BALL: This warranty is valid for a 1,000-day manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship on yoga balls from the date of purchase. The manufacturer will replace a defective product with a new, functionally equivalent product. Shipping is free during the warranty period. The customer must provide pictures of the damage, and we may require a return of the damaged part. This warranty is void if the damage is caused by accident, alteration, improper use, intentional misuse or abuse, failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions, or if the product is used for purposes other than those specified by the manufacturer. The purchaser assumes all risk and liability arising from accident, alteration, misuse or abuse of the product, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions. This warranty applies only to normal use of the product. Typical wear and tear associated with product use is not covered.

1,000-Day Global Return Policy - Registered Products

This return policy applies only to products purchased directly from our website and listed on the product registration page. To be eligible for a return, you must register your product on the product registration page within thirty (30) days of receipt. Any returns, exchanges, or other issues (such as broken or damaged products) related to our products purchased through a third party (including, but not limited to, other websites, distributors, or other Amazon sellers) must be handled directly with such third party. Please be sure to understand all third-party policies before purchasing.

This return policy does not apply and is void if any product damage is determined to be caused by accident, alteration, improper use, misuse, or failure to follow the manufacturer's guidelines. For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on essential oils, cleansers, and creams.

Once we confirm receipt of the returned product and ensure it meets all guidelines outlined herein, you will be eligible for a refund. Processing time may take 6-8 weeks.

Please note that all returned products must be clean and dry. Unclean items will not be processed and will be discarded. You understand and agree that shipping and handling charges (including shipping and return fees) are non-refundable.

You are eligible to exchange a defective manufacturer's garment within thirty (30) days of receipt (subject to availability). Upon receipt of the garment, please inspect it for any defects.

Astralign Pillow: You may exchange your purchase for a different size within thirty (30) days of purchase (subject to availability), limited to one exchange per customer. The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments (refunds) will only be issued if the product or set (single or complete) is purchased within 7 days of the product being made available for sale. Price adjustments will not be issued between November 15th and December 15th.
