Shipping Policy
Most orders ship from our facility within 1-5 business days of purchase. Shipping times may vary due to promotions, weather or other environmental factors, and carrier delays. Shipping costs within the contiguous United States vary based on the order value and range from $4.99 to $29.99. Any order-related issues (such as missing items) should be reported to Support@zanyecaac.com within 14 days of delivery.
Delivery Failures:
Please verify that all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting your order. Failure to do so may result in order delays due to incorrect shipping information. If an item is returned due to incomplete or incorrect address information, we will refund the item minus the actual shipping cost. You will then need to place a new order to receive your item.
Lost or Stolen Orders:
Once your order has been placed, processed, and payment approved, your product will be shipped via common carrier freight (i.e., USPS, UPS, or FedEx) unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, delayed shipments, shipments damaged by the carrier, delays, losses, misdirections, or other shipment issues caused by incorrect information you provided. Please contact the carrier to resolve this issue. If your shipment was not delivered, please check with your household members and neighbors to confirm that they received your shipment. If not, please contact the carrier to review their delivery history. We are not responsible once the shipment leaves our warehouse. If you believe your shipment location is unsafe, please arrange for your shipment to be delivered to a safe location. Please review your order and ensure that all shipping and billing information is correct before submitting it, as incorrect shipping information may cause order delays.
